剧情介绍：

   平凡小男人刘延信（吴军 饰）和青梅竹马谢兰娥喜结连理，这对作为普通人的他可谓是最大的幸福了。虽然最开始遭到兰娥父亲的强烈反对，不过好事多磨，夫妻俩总算过了这一关。谁曾想，兰娥在生下女儿后才四十天就一命呜呼。悲伤的延信一边照顾女儿，一边把丈母娘以及呆傻的小舅子接到家里照顾，尝尽了辛酸。几年后，在矿上工作的岳父中风，延信的单子又重了一分。为了更好地照顾这家人，他决定顶替岳父到矿上打工，但条件是必须改姓“谢”。他的坚持，最终感动了身边所有的人……
